General Manager Nigel Garner is a Resident of Botswana, and has lived in the Okavango Delta managing Luxury Lodges, his knowledge of Botswana and the Okavango is first hand and current.

Reservations Manger Mandy Francis-Pope has been selling the Okavango Delta for over ten years, and has visited nearly every Safari lodge in Botswana.
