The Elephant Camp, situated just 25km from the Victoria Falls, offers a totally unique experience; the opportunity to interact closely with the elephants as well as experiencing the intimate and homely atmosphere in Camp generated by your hosts.

The elephants; Miz Ellie, Jock, Jack and Jumbo are lovingly cared for by a dedicated team of Guides and Grooms, who ensure that they enjoy a carefree and healthy life, interacting with their human guests.

The Elephant Camp believes that close interaction between the elephants and humans benefit all, so Guests are encouraged to spend as much time as possible during their stay in getting to know these wonderful animals. This includes participating in washing/grooming routines, training sessions or just the enjoyment of observing them.


Safaris at The Elephant Camp consist of game viewing walks either on elephant-back or on foot with these great lumbering creature walking alongside. You will enjoy picnics in the bush during which the elephants take a very active role!

Accommodation at The Elephant Camp is in luxury, spacious, thatched roofed cottages with en-suite facilities. All the cottages have superb views over the bush with excellent Game viewing opportunities. Meals are taken in the elegant central dining/lounge area. The Camp has a swimming pool with a raised deck for dining 'under the stars'.
